Terms of delivery

General online store

E-commerce products sell Walona House ltd 2993133-5. We sell products to private individuals worldwide. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postal expenses.

Order

Products are ordered via the Internet from address www.walonadogs.shop Through the shopping cart. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and subscribed products. Getting an order confirmation requires reporting an email address when ordering. The customer agrees with each of the orders valid for each order. We will send an email to an order confirmation showing the contents of the order and the invoice of the invoice.

Payment methods

Payment takes place through Paypall and Stripe payment service.  We will process the order in the opening hours when the payment has been made. We ship products for every business day. Unbound delivery times will be informed at Walona Dogs online store. 

Delivery method and shipping costs

We will deliver orders worldwide by international post, Asendia and Fedex. We will ship an order within 1-7 business days of your order. Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout. 

Exchange and Restore Conditions

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return policy.  The right of return applies only to unused and merchantable products. Restore the product in an ordinary envelope. The customer pays the necessary stamps for the refund. Paste the following information according to the refund: • Your subscription number, your name, address, and phone number. If you hoped for an exchange, also include information on what product you want to change.

We do not receive refunds over 14 days after delivery.

When the refund has been approved, the money will be returned to the same payment method to which the order was paid.

 

Problems with transport and defective products

If the product has disappeared during transport, corrupted or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer will inform the customer immediately to info@walonadogs.shop or by mail: Kaisa Palmu / Walona House Oy Kaakkurinkaari 16 37630 Valkeakoski Finland. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is corrupted in the post, there is a complaint about the product immediately.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before you order, the customer must familiarize yourself with the existing delivery terms. Walona deals with all customer information fully confidentially.

Liability

Walona Dogs tests the safety and durability of their products in their use. However, the subscriber has responsibility for the suitability of the product, proper use and safety. When you order products from Walona Dogs online store you agree to take full responsibility for the use and safety of the product. Walona House ltd is not responsible for the use of the product and the possible damages caused by it in any case.
